Mark Pahor* graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2009. His initial focus was to practice in the areas of intellectual property dealing with patents and trademarks. In addition to the California Bar exam, he also passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office registration exam to become a patent attorney. While he now only practices intellectual property on a limited basis, that focus led him down a path to practice in various business and real estate matters from entity formation to litigation, and even bankruptcy.



He originally began practicing as an intellectual property and business attorney with a small boutique firm in Rancho Cucamonga, but quickly realized that he preferred handling the business matters. There he gained much of his experience assisting clients with setting up and managing businesses for residential rental properties.



Enjoying the real estate aspect of business law he expanded to handle various landlord/tenant issues. In fact, the first jury trial that he ever tried was defending a landlord accused of breaching the implied warranty of habitability. He was able to successfully defend the landlord against all claims and obtained a jury verdict in the landlord's favor.



Early in 2013 I met Tracy Kayser and discovered right away that they shared many of the same values and beliefs about how an attorney should practice law and more importantly about how they should treat their clients. A few months later he joined Kayser Pahor, Attorneys, LLP. and have enjoyed tailoring his business and real estate experience to compliment Tracy's existing practice. Together they have been able to provide comprehensive legal services in probate, trust, estate planning, business and real estate matter for our clients.



Prior to attending law school, he earned my Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Miami University. He continued on and worked his way through law school driving the Zamboni for the local ice arena. In 2009 he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center).



He has a wide variety of experience in business, real estate, bankruptcy and civil litigation matters and have specialized in assisting individuals and small business owners throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles.
