Tracy Kayser
Lawyer, Estate Planning
Tracy* graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. She began to clerk for an experienced, 40+ year Trusts and Estates attorney, Harry A. Olivar, in Los Angeles, who became a friend and mentor for five years.
In 2009, Harry passed away due to cancer. While working for Harry, after about two years, Tracy decided that she needed to litigate cases in order to gain a rounded and comprehensive understanding of the Law as well as developing needed skills in a Court of Law. For seven years, she litigated cases as an insurance defense attorney and in 2010 resigned as an associate from Fernandez & Lauby LLP located in Riverside, California.
In early 2010, Tracy felt that she was being led to pick up where Harry left off and carry his torch in assisting clients with estate preservation and planning as well as providing legal advice to the elder population. In July 2010, Tracy began the journey of delving into the area of Trusts, Probate, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and Trust/Probate Administration.
In 2010, Tracy helped her father retire from 53 years of practicing medicine in San Dimas, California. Tracy’s father’s age and health issues were a contributing factor in her career change and there is a need for Estate Planning Attorneys who have the knowledge, skills, and compassion to navigate a family’s needs regarding their aging family members. Tracy enjoys assisting individuals and families who need someone to navigate the legal waters and to walk with them as they make decisions related to estate planning, wealth preservation and more.
Tracy completed her undergraduate education at California Polytechnic University, Pomona in Finance, Real Estate and Law. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2004 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
Before attending law school, Tracy was a licensed real estate agent for seven years selling commercial and residential property throughout the Inland Empire.
She has a wide variety of experience in civil litigation encompassing the fields of trust contests, personal injury, construction accidents, construction defects and general business litigation. In 2005 Tracy worked on the highly publicized Firestone Tire rollover cases and has defended public entities such as police departments and the Department of Social Services related to Constitutional challenges.
Tracy is licensed to practice before the Federal Courts and State Courts of California and has experience with appellate issues both in State and Federal forums.
Tracy now runs her own law practice, Kayser Pahor, Attorneys, LLP., and specializes in Trusts & Estates, Asset Protection Planning, Trust & Probate Administration, Conservatorships & Guardianships, and Trust & Probate Litigation.
